Delivery & Payment

Orders are delivered on the next available day — Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Please place orders at least 24 hours in advance.

Free delivery for Fresno Roti Box tiffin subscribers. $10 fee for non-subscribers.

Payments accepted via Zelle. Please confirm your total before sending.

No refunds. For a trial, order a one-time tiffin which includes a sample.

You can cancel your subscription or skip deliveries at any time. Please provide at least one week’s prior notice before your scheduled delivery.

Refunds for Canceled Deliveries
- If you cancel in advance, we’ll refund the cost of any unused meals in your plan.
- Refunds are calculated at $10 per meal.
- Example: Canceling 3 deliveries (6 meals) = $60 refund.
Processing Time
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
- No refunds for meals already prepared or delivered.
- A small 3% processing fee may apply to cover transaction costs.
